Inner child healing is not about blaming the past. It is about meeting yourself with presence.

Most of us learned to survive before we learned to feel. We adapted. We stayed strong. We kept going.

But the body remembers what the mind moved past.

Why Safety Is the Foundation

Before growth, before manifestation, before clarity — there must be safety.

Safety in the nervous system. Safety in the body. Safety in expression.

This is why I combine:

With the right container, the body relaxes. The heart opens. And life feels lighter — naturally.
