There is a moment in every healing journey where life asks you to stop running. To pause. To breathe. To look at the parts of yourself you’ve been avoiding for years.
For me, that moment happened in Bali.

I arrived on this island at a time when my life looked “fine” from the outside, but inside, something was breaking. I was creative, expressive, always giving… but I wasn’t connected to myself. There was a young version of me — the child I once was — who was still waiting to be heard.

Bali gave me the space to finally listen.

My Story: The Real Beginning

Growing up in Morocco, I learned very early how to be strong. How to survive. How to hide emotions. Like many of us, I became good at it.
Too good.

It wasn’t until I landed in Ubud, surrounded by rice fields, silence, and color, that I felt something soften inside me. My breath changed. My pace changed. My heart started speaking again.

That’s when my real inner child work began — not from books, but from presence.

My Method: The Moulwanat Approach

My approach is a blend of three elements:

1. Inner Child Dialogue

I guide you to reconnect with your child self, the younger version of you that still carries unmet needs, fears, or emotional imprints.
We explore:

  • the “doors” of your childhood

  • your emotional memories

  • the beliefs that shaped your adult self

  • what still needs to be expressed or healed

This isn’t about re-living pain, it’s about meeting your truth with compassion.

2. Somatic Breathwork

The body remembers what the mind forgets.
Through breathwork, we release:

  • stuck emotions

  • old nervous system patterns

  • trauma you’ve been holding for years

Most clients feel lighter after just one session, like their body can finally exhale after decades.

3. Creative Healing (Art)

Color is medicine.
Art is a doorway to the inner child.
You draw, paint, express, without needing to be “good.”
This is where your child self speaks the loudest.
